Partner Acrobatics Basics Spring 2020 in Boulderclub

Feeling your body, trust and communication are the key elements neccessary for a successful and sustaining acrobatic practice.
In a class, we warm up with solo and partner exercises that strengthen trust and feeling for yourself and your partner. The main focus is on standing partner acrobatics as well as classical L-Base acro yoga, where the base is lying on their back and the flyer is moving on their limbs.
In many cases, we will work together in tams of three or four to spot each other.
At the end of each class, we cool down with a litte thai massage sequence.
This class is open to all levels
You can participate single or join with a friend or parnter.
For people who have already acro experience, there will be extra challanges.
