PAYA

PAYA stands for pole dance, aerial silks, yoga and acrobatics. We offer weeklong retreats. In a paya week you have the possibility to dive into those discipilines in the wonderful Hungarian place OAZE.

PAYA Retreat from September 20th to September 26th 2020 in der OAZE

What you can expect:

• Introduction into yoga, Acroyoga, ACROVINYASA™, Pole Strength/ Dance, aerial silks, shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage
• 30 hours class at least
• Fun and activity in the group
• Relaxation at the pools
• Time out from your everyday life

Anticipated schedule:

You decide how itense you want to have your week. On Wednesday morning we will have a relaxing partner massage (Thai Yoga, shiatsu) instead of the pole/silks class. Wednesday afternoon is free time for your regeneration.

We start on Sunday at 4pm and end on Saturday after lunch. Arrival on Sunday starts 2pm.
 
The venue OAZE is a lovely designed place in the village of Nagytevel in Hungary and consists of eightgon shaped cottages that contain double bedrooms, the dining hall and our seminar room. In the garden there are two swimming pools, a bonfire place and a lot of small details to discover and enjoy.

All meals will be prepared with fresh and regional ingredients. A lot of food comes from the garden of OAZE and are orgainc. There will be buffet for all meals, so all your desires shall be satisfied. If you have additional wishes, don't hesitate to ask for them.
 
We want to bring people together that like to move their bodies and that are open to learn new things in unforced atmosphere.

*Reduced price for students, people in maternity leave, work-seekers, and on request.
 
Additionally, you have to pay 300€ in cash for full board residential in a shared room per person at your arrival. (Caution: On Hungarian cash dispensers you cannot withdraw Euros!)
 
This retreat is German spoken in general, English on demand.
